AirLite SCARP Aviation Scanner

RADIANT has developed an 8 channel aviation scanner called AirLite SCARP. With outstanding clarity and sensitivity, it helps the pilot sort out multiple channels of aviation communication with one diminutive pocket-sized radio.
 
In testing, James Wiebe, CEO of RADIANT, has easily listened to clear communications from jet traffic over Nebraska and northeast of Kansas City, Missouri. (James’ testing lab is in southern Kansas.)
 
Most of the development of the project was funded through a 600%+ successful Kickstarter campaign. Many audio sessions have been recorded using various prototypes and are available to review on YouTube.

This helps the pilot understand why a particular channel has gone silent, or what other traffic the Controller is handling. It also assists understanding of what is happening in high traffic areas, so that a pilot can listen to Unicom, Clearance, Approach, and ATIS (on demand), without having to flip frequencies."
